Workshops

We often arrange workshops with specific themes. During a workshop the participants work together and focus on a specified subject/goal. A common kind of workshop is top management workshops there we together with an executive management team work on solving specific problems, plan implementations of quality and/or improvement programs, break down business plans into improvement activities etc. Another kind of workshop is focus groups there quality managers or improvement experts from different organizations meets and together work on solving problems that are actual for them all.
