Workshops

We often arrange workshops with specific themes. During a workshop, the participants work together and focus on a specified subject/goal. A common kind of workshop is top management workshop, where we, together with an executive management team, work on solving specific problems, plan implementations of quality and/or improvement programs, break down business plans into improvement activities, etc. Another kind of workshop is a focus group where quality managers or improvement experts from different organizations meet and work together on solving problems that are actually for them all.
