Many of us working at Sandholm Excellence Center continuously publish articles and books about quality, continual improvements, and excellence. In addition, some of us spend part of our time as researchers and university professors. Sandholm Excellence Center´s vision is to be on the front line and contribute to developing knowledge in our subject area. To do so, writing and publishing are of great importance. Lennart Sandholms Memoirs for download

Lennart Sandholm founded Sandholm Associates in 1971 after being the corporate quality director for Electrolux during the 1960s. As a part of the Sandholm Associates' 50th anniversary, we have now digitalized Lennarts memoirs and made them available online. This book will give a deep insight into a significant part of modern quality development through Lennart's personal experiences and close friendships with Joseph Juran, Kauro Ishikawa, Noriaki Kano, and other important quality pioneers.
