The following information and conditions apply to Sandholm Excellence Center's courses. For internal training and/or consultancy support, contact us for price information and more information.

REGISTRATION
Registration for courses is done via email. We confirm registrations once they are received.  About two weeks before the start of the course, a more detailed email is sent out with more practical information regarding the course.

CHARGE
For all courses and seminars, literature, lunch, morning and afternoon coffee are included in the fee. The fee is billed by us before the start of the course or seminar. The stated prices and fees are exclusive of VAT.

CERTIFICATE
Participants will receive a certificate after completing their education.

CANCELLATION
If a cancellation is submitted later than two weeks before the start of the course, half the fee will be charged.

SOFTWARE
In the courses where we perform statistical analyses, we use the software Minitab. It is a good idea if you bring your own computer and have Minitab installed on it before the training opportunity. During the course, the participant will receive files to work with on a USB stick, so make sure you are able to work with a USB stick.  For shorter courses, you do not have to buy the program but can download a limited demo version for use in the training.
